Elizabeth Bagni

Elizabeth Bagni is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, compliance, and strategic human capital initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Foundation Medicine since May 2020, Elizabeth oversees the employee relations function, implements risk management practices, and advises leadership on complex workplace matters. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held multiple key positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, including Senior Manager of Employee Relations and Senior Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included conflict resolution and performance management. Elizabeth also has experience in mental health counseling and human resources management from previous roles at South Bay Mental Health Center and IntraLinks. Elizabeth holds a BA in Criminal Justice and Psychology from The George Washington University and an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University.
