Christina Owczarski

Christina Owczarski is currently the SVP, People and Talent at Foundation Source, where Christina empowers individuals and companies to engage in philanthropy. Prior to their current role, Christina served as a Talent Optimization Consultant & Master Certified Trainer at Resource PI, as a Business Strategist & Chief People Officer Partner at XY Strategies, and held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Mimeo, Prognos, and Sidney Frank Importing Company, Inc. Christina holds a Masters in Organizational Development from The New School and a Bachelor's in Sociology/Pre-Med from Goucher College.
