Diane Bailey

Diane Bailey is the current Head of Accelerator Growth at Founder Institute. Prior to this, they were the Founder and CEO of RipTide Networking App, which was acquired in April 2021. Before that, they were the Founder of Spiffy Goals, and before that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at ME Engineers. Diane has a passion for helping startups grow and scale, and they bring their extensive experience in customer experience, market research, and product development to their work at Founder Institute.

Diane Bailey has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, a certification from Visme in Creating Memorable Visual Presentations, a certification from ProductLed in Product-Led Growth Fundamentals, a certification from Scrum.org in Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), and a certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in Professional Engineer.
