Naily Makangu

Naily Makangu is an experienced professional in leadership, training, and product management, serving as the Director and Founder of Athena Leaders, where Naily specializes in Everything DiSC ® Assessments, Training & Coaching. Naily has held the position of Interim Head of Product, and previously served as Director and Mentor at the Founder Institute. In addition, Naily has contributed as a Trainer for JCI (Junior Chamber International) and as Fractional Chief Product Officer at FutureMatch, along with experience as a Project Manager at Featurespace. Naily holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Software Engineering from Staffordshire University and an AgilePM Practitioner certification in Project Management from Agile Change Management Limited.
