Ron Bell

Ron Bell currently serves as the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Collective Health, providing legal and regulatory guidance to executives and the Board of Directors at a high-growth health tech SaaS company. In addition, Ron is a member of the Founder Mental Health Pledge, advocating for mental healthcare within the startup community. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Yahoo! Inc., where Ron led a global legal team during corporate restructuring and was integral in significant transactions such as the spinout of Asian assets and the search alliance with Microsoft. Earlier roles include Senior Corporate Counsel at Apple and an associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, where legal expertise was applied in intellectual property, media, and litigation matters. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
