Ginny Lee

Ginny Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the AGM of Founder PCB President Office and GM of Founder Technology Strategy Operation since October 2017, Ginny previously held significant roles at Amcor as Regional HRM and China HRM, where responsibilities included HR and administration management for the South Region and China training initiatives. Earlier experience at Hilti (China) Ltd. as Head of HR involved overseeing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Additionally, Ginny worked at Esquel Group in various HR roles, including Assistant Site HR Manager and Junior Compensation and Benefits Manager, managing HR functions across multiple factories. Educational qualifications include a Doctor's Degree in DBA from the University of Macau, an MBA from Sun Yat-sen University, and a Bachelor's degree in Dyeing and Finishing from Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology.
