Fiona Mulligan

Fiona Mulligan is a seasoned People Operations Manager at Founders Factory Africa, overseeing HR functions and operations across the Johannesburg, Lagos, and Nairobi regions since August 2019. Previously, Fiona served as the Office and Operations Manager for the same organization, responsible for operational efficiency, financial and legal compliance, and event management. Prior to that role, Fiona was the Office Manager at Omidyar Network Africa from May 2012 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing regional operations, human resources, supplier relations, and event coordination.
