We鈥檙e now hiring an entrepreneurial Growth Lead specialising in B2B to support the growth of Founders Factory portfolio businesses.

As a member of our in-house Growth team, you will play an important role in 1) launching new ventures and 2) accelerating businesses following their investment from Founders Factory.

Both strategic and hands-on, you will be accomplished in delivering results for both B2B SaaS and Enterprise Sales businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Define B2B marketing strategies: identifying target customers, developing propositions and shaping pricing and positioning.
  • Drive lead generation, nurturing and conversion across inbound and outbound channels, including email, social, search, referrals and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product teams; optimising product messaging and UX to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Build lifecycle marketing programmes to retain customers, implementing best practices in CRM and automation.
  • Design and implement tracking plans, reporting on product and commercial metrics.
  • Collaborate with Founders and Sales teams to optimise sales cycles, operations and processes.
  • Inform sales collateral - including pitch decks, tearsheets and presentations - with consideration for techniques in negotiation and persuasion.
  • Coach portfolio founders and marketing teams in B2B marketing best practices.
  • Being hands-on with a wide range of analytics, marketing and automation tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B Growth.
  • Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startups.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with founders and portfolio teams.
  • Digital marketing skills including SEO and Paid Search and high data literacy
  • Demonstrated ability with CRM software, e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
  • Working knowledge of sales operations and KPIs (e.g. lead velocity, pipeline values, win rates).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
