Geeta Gupta

Geeta Gupta is a versatile transformational Customer Experience Executive currently serving as the CX Digital Services Delivery Director at Foundever, where they lead cross-functional teams delivering conversational AI and CCaaS solutions. Previously, they held roles including Senior Director of Customer Service at Altium Packaging, where they implemented strategic initiatives that significantly improved customer experience and fulfillment metrics. Geeta has also been the North and South America Head of Customer Success at Vizrt, managing multi-disciplinary teams to enhance customer relationships in a SaaS context, and served as Global Customer Success Director at NICE Ltd, overseeing a high-performing team and managing multi-million dollar global accounts. Geeta holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Delhi University, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics.
