Maria Dimitrova

Maria Dimitrova is the Country Director for Bulgaria at Foundever, where they have been driving operations since 2022. With a robust background in managing customer-facing teams and overseeing major business change programmes, Maria specializes in improving operational effectiveness and team performance. Previously, they held various leadership positions at E.ON and Foundever, demonstrating significant expertise in people management and stakeholder relations. Maria holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Economics - Varna and numerous engineering degrees from the Technical University of Varna. They are also COPC certified and a certified mediator with the Ministry of Justice.
