Susan Sy is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in managing client operations and enhancing employee satisfaction. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Foundever since April 2022, Susan oversees the operational aspects for a site in Makati with 4,000 employees, ensuring the achievement of account objectives related to revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction. Previously, Susan held various roles at Sykes Asia, Inc., including Operations Director, where responsibilities included service delivery management and compliance oversight. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from De La Salle University, Susan has a proven track record of developing employee capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong client relationships.
