Danielle Klein, SHRM-CP, PMP has extensive experience in human resources management across various industries, currently serving as the Human Capital Director for Healthcare at Foundry Commercial since January 2023. This role supports the partnership with Spring Arbor Senior Living in managing and developing senior living communities. Prior to this position, Danielle held the title of Plant Human Resources Manager at Rich Products Corporation and Armacell, focusing on HR functions within food manufacturing and engineered foam sectors, respectively. Additional experience includes roles as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Columbus Industries and HR Assistant Manager/Generalist at Hirschvogel Incorporated, along with being a Human Resources Specialist at Reliant Capital Solutions. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Franklin University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Columbia Southern University. Educational credentials also include an Associate of Science from Columbus State Community College and a high school diploma from Fort Hayes High School.
