Katie Trott is a seasoned commercial real estate consultant with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Partner and Vice President at Foundry Commercial since March 2010, Katie specializes in representing office and industrial users to develop strategic real estate solutions, including space relocation, lease renewals, and space disposition. Prior roles include Senior Associate at CNL Commercial Real Estate, Brokerage Associate at Trammell Crow Company, and Commercial Appraiser at Integra Realty Resources. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, where studies took place from 1998 to 2002.
