Kayla Layden

Kayla serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. Kayla’s role serves as support for the team’s marketing efforts. Her responsibilities include producing customized marketing material, producing and scheduling digital marketing, and keeping the property information online updated. In addition, she serves as the office coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of their Raleigh office.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Kayla worked as a Sales Manager for a local hospitality group where she sold and contracted meeting space and guest rooms to clients. Additionally, she has a background in property management and extensive hospitality experience.

In 2021, Kayla enrolled herself in N.C. State University’s first cohort of the new Masters of Management, Marketing Analytics program. She is expected to finish this degree in Spring 2024. With Kayla’s multifaceted background, she is sure to be a great asset to Foundry’s marketing endeavors.
