Kristen Keenan

Kristen serves as Senior Real Estate Manager for Charlotte Plaza, a 650,000 SF commercial office building in Uptown Charlotte, NC. She leads day-to-day operations of the 27-story, Class A tower which consists of office, retail, and medical. She oversees the capital improvement projects, annual budget, and management of vendor contracts. Kristen fosters and maintains strong tenant and ownership relationships.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Kristen worked for 10+ years in the greater Chicago, IL area in both single-tenant corporate facilities and multi-tenant high-rise buildings.
