Jason Lynch

General Counsel at Foundry

Jason has counseled public and private companies as an attorney for almost two decades.

Prior to joining Foundry Group, Jason was a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs, one of Denver’s leading law firms, where his practice focused on business and securities litigation. There, he represented numerous companies in Foundry Group’s portfolio, and he served as outside general counsel to growth stage companies.

Prior to DGS, Jason was a partner at Reilly Pozner LLP and early in his legal career was an associate at Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz in New York. He got his first taste of Colorado when he clerked for the Hon. David M. Ebel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver. Before becoming a lawyer, Jason worked at Kekst and Company, one of the leading corporate and financial communications firms in the U.S. Jason received his undergraduate and law degrees from Columbia University.

Jason is active in pro bono legal matters and serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Temple Grandin School, a school serving children with Asperger’s Syndrome and similar learning profiles. Jason loves spending time with his wife and children, skiing, walking Colorado’s beautiful countryside with his dog, and sailing (when he can get to a coast).
