CaraLee Rose Howe is an experienced educator and researcher, currently serving as a Teaching Artist and Research Intern at foundry10 since June 2018. Howe's contributions include coordinating research projects, conducting data analysis, and developing curricula for conferences. Since January 2020, as a Substitute Teacher for Spokane Public Schools, Howe facilitates classroom management and fosters a supportive environment for students. Previous roles include Resident Advisor at Housing and Food Services, Assistant Resident Director at University of Washington Housing and Food Services, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington Autism Center. Additionally, Howe worked as a Content Writer for Glitter Magazine, producing articles and engaging with social media. CaraLee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Washington and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselor Education at Whitworth University.
