Volker Jacobs

Volker Jacobs is an accomplished CEO and Founder of TI People, a company focused on enhancing work productivity and engagement by streamlining enterprise services. In addition to leading TI People since May 2016, Volker serves as a Board Member at FOUNT, where the focus is on improving employee experiences through identifying friction points in daily work. Volker is also a Non Executive Director at Insight222, which promotes People Analytics within HR, and a Member of the Supervisory Board at Pentos, specializing in the digitization of HR and GRC processes. Previous roles include Managing Director at CEB, where Volker oversaw operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and CEO of on.valco, which developed a benchmarking service for HR functions. Volker's extensive career in HR consulting began as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, following an education at Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
