Morgan Lai is the CEO and Founder of Fountain, a Web3 Operating System for enterprises and institutions, and serves as a General Partner and Founder at Formulate Ventures, an early-stage VC firm with a focus on enterprise SaaS, AI, frontier tech, and Web3. Previously, Morgan held the position of Partner at Foundation Capital and was the CEO and Co-Founder of HearInsights, an AI-driven meeting assistant startup. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and dual degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
