Gerry MacKenzie is an experienced IT professional with a long history in customer success and service management. Currently serving as a Support Desk Analyst at Fountain Tire since July 2023, Gerry previously worked at Dell for nearly 18 years, making significant contributions as a Customer Success Program Manager, where involvement in 9 Global RFP wins yielded over $240M and the onboarding of 32 accounts into the Global Customer Program. As a Customer Quality Manager at Dell, Gerry managed over 400 quality reviews for customer executives and led projects for mass component replacements. Additionally, as a Service Account Manager for Canadian Federal Accounts, Gerry oversaw a major project for the replacement of motherboards for the Canadian government, negotiating with multiple departments. Previous roles include positions at Mitel Networks, Nuvo Network Management, Computer Associates, and Michelin Tires, showcasing a comprehensive background in technical service and client management. Gerry holds a degree from Cape Breton University.
