Tiffany J. Coates

Tiffany Coates serves as Hospital Compliance Officer at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, a 400 bed tertiary care facility located in Orange County, California.

Tiffany is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 10 years’ experience in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. She is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with hands on experience, knowledge, and training, as it pertains to various risk measures used to understand, prevent, and create effective solutions in healthcare operations.

Tiffany comes to us from Orange County based North American Client Services, Inc. where she has served as their Chief Compliance Officer since 2016. She has also held related leadership roles with increased responsibility at several hospitals across southern California including, Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian and Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Tiffany earned her Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Administration from Chapman University System and her Bachelor of Science, Accounting from San Diego State University.
