Tara Mitchell

Tara Mitchell is currently the Director of Sales at Fountain. Prior to Fountain, they were with iCIMS from January 2019 to August 2020 as the RVP, Prospect Sales. Tara has also held the position of Sales Director at TextRecruit from October 2017 to January 2019. At TextRecruit, Tara built intelligent text messaging and chat tools that helped employers attract talent, recruit candidates and engage employees. Prior to TextRecruit, Tara was with CareerBuilder from October 2008 to September 2017 as a National Account Executive. In this role, Tara served as an advisor and strategic business partner to Human Resource Management teams nationwide, helping them navigate the ever-changing recruitment landscape. Tara’s areas of expertise include candidate behavior alignment, talent market data and analytics, and best-in-class technology solutions for all pre-hire functions. Tara also served as the Campaign Co-Chair for Friends of Dianne McGuire from January 2008 to October 2008.

Tara Mitchell holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from North Central College.
