Joseph Chabala has worked in the engineering field since 2008. Joseph started at FS-Elliott as a Product Engineer, where they created 3D models/drawings for standard and custom centrifical air compressor equipment packages and completed FEA analysis on critical air compressor components. Joseph then moved to Innovative Controls, Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2011, they became a Project Engineer at Emerson Process Management. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at Caterpillar Global Mining Inc., where they worked on the R&D team to improve the reliability, operation, and longevity of a mid tier underground mining continuous miner machine. Joseph then moved to Gardner Denver Nash, LLC as a Development Engineer III, responsible for R&D product design and development for liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors. Finally, in 2021 they joined Four Growers, Inc. as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer.
Joseph Chabala received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2007. Joseph's field of study included material sciences, thermodynamics, FEA, strength of materials, electronics, and solid modeling. Joseph also attended CVHS prior to this. In 2020, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
