Alexia Douyon has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Residences and Director of Property Management at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since June 2015, overseeing 65 private villas with a total of 181 bedrooms and managing both rental and non-rental programs. Previously, Alexia held positions including Director of Front Office at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago and Front Desk & Reservation Agent at Sofitel Chicago Water Tower. Early career experience includes roles such as Front Desk Agent at Private Club 357c and Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Club Med. Alexia's educational background includes an eCertificate in Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism from UQAM.
