Elizabeth Freeman

Elizabeth Freeman has extensive experience in child care and education, currently serving as the Kids for All Seasons Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since November 2020. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Director of Camp Kohola within the same organization and contributed significantly to Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. from 2011 to 2019 in various roles, including Consultant, Nursery Manager, Early Years Coordinator, and Youth Counselor. Notably, Elizabeth was instrumental in launching the first onboard nursery aboard the Norwegian Escape in 2015 and excelled in developing activities for children under five. Earlier experience includes working as a Beauty Therapist with Steiner Leisure Limited, providing high-quality spa treatments to enhance the cruise experience. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Tennessee, an AS in Massage Therapy from Florida College of Natural Health, and a Certificate in Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University.
