Francesco Cosci

Francesco Cosci is an accomplished sommelier with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head Sommelier at Restaurant Le George* within Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since July 2021. Francesco has held the position of Head Sommelier at Les Climats since April 2018 and previously served as Deputy Head Sommelier at Clos Maggiore from 2016 to 2018. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Sommelier at Novikov Restaurant & Bar (2014-2016) and Chef de Rang/Sommelier at Osteria del Teatro (2011-2013). Francesco’s educational background includes advanced certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a diploma from the Associazione Italiana Sommelier, as well as qualifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and ITAS Angelo Vegni, indicating a strong foundation in hospitality and wine expertise.
