Jerry Kamppi

Jerry Kamppi serves as the Director of People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since May 2016, overseeing the Human Resources function for a diverse workforce, leading employee relations, benefits, training, and recruitment. With extensive experience in learning and development from previous roles at Hard Rock International and Golfsmith International, Jerry has a strong background in coaching management teams and implementing training processes. Prior positions also include Managing Director at JK & Associates, Senior Learning & Development Manager at Four Seasons, and Training Manager at Shutters on the Beach. Jerry holds a BA in Marketing/Business Management from Boise State University and a Human Resources certificate from UCLA.
