Sarah Jones

Sarah Jones, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture for The Mills House and Hotel Bella Grace at Davidson Hospitality Group since January 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Sarah held the position of Area Director of Human Resources at Atrium Hospitality and Auro Hotels, and served as Director of Human Resources at The Dewberry Charleston. Previous roles include Corporate Director of Employee Relations at OTO Development and Corporate Director of Human Resources at Festiva Development Group. Sarah’s career also encompasses regional HR support for Wyndham Vacation Ownership and various HR positions at Divine Dining Group, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Omni Hotels. Sarah earned a BSBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Appalachian State University.
