Lindsey Catron

Lindsey Catron has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as Assistant Director of People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsey held positions including People and Culture Manager at Cypress Healthcare Partners and Human Resources Generalist at Elevation Spine, Inc. Additionally, experience includes roles as Communications Manager, HR Coordinator, and HR Administrative Assistant at Pebble Beach Resorts, as well as Server Trainer at Islands Restaurants. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from California State University, Monterey Bay, and an Associate of Arts degree from Fullerton College.
