Dawn Spann

Dawn Spann is an experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in hospice and palliative care. Currently serving at Four Seasons since January 2022, Dawn previously worked at Aspire Health, Inc. and Hospice of the Western Reserve in similar roles. Dawn's nursing career includes experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner student at Cleveland Clinic and a Geriatric Behavioral Health RN at Southwest General Hospital. Initial roles included Clinical Team Leader and Case Manager at Four Seasons and RN Case Manager at Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region. Dawn holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from Gardner-Webb University, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Florida SouthWestern State College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
