Karen B. Wyle, MBA has held various marketing, advertising, and client success roles throughout their career. From 1990 to 1992, they worked as a Network Negotiator at McCann Erickson, where they supervised cable buying totaling $13.5 million and negotiated network and syndicated television advertising time. From 1992 to 1995, they were the Marketing Services Manager at Revlon. From 1995 to 1997, they were the Manager of Marketing Planning for the Retail Division at The Franklin Mint, a direct marketing company that sells artisan-quality collectibles. In this role, they forecasted annual sales and departmental merchandising plans, developed annual marketing and merchandising budgets, and created marketing promotions for the 60-store chain ($24 million division). Karen B. also spearheaded the transition to an automated sales data collection system to improve forecasting. From 1997 to 2000, they were the Product Manager at Cranston Print Works Company, Inc., a leading US fabric printing company. In this role, they managed new products and channels for the $70 million consumer products division and developed a new consumer product line in just four months to extend the brand. From 2000 to 2008, they were on the Steering Committee of KPMG's Family for Literacy (KFFL), a not-for-profit initiative allied with the award-winning social enterprise, First Book, whose mission is to improve literacy rates in the United States. During this time, they led fundraising efforts and was among the top three contributors for two consecutive years, as well as streamlined the introduction process to area schools to optimize efforts. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Marketing Director at LamorindaWeb, an events listing and community resources website. In this role, they led social media engagement and teamed with the company founder to redesign the website. From 2012 to 2015, they were the New Family Liaison and Guest Writer & Columnist for the JMPTA Newsletter at Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School. During this time, they set the editorial schedule and authored the bi-monthly newsletter message from the school principal and PTA President, as well as created a new “PTA Spotlight” column to highlight key programs, designed its logo, and authored the articles. From 2011 to 2021, they were the Marketing & Advertising Consultant at Temple Isaiah of Contra Costa County, where they managed the Women of Isaiah Facebook page to attract new members and communicate the community’s endeavors and events, developed marketing promotions, advertising and media plans, partnered with graphic artist to design ads and negotiated with outside vendors to place them to increase foot traffic and generate new customers, and improved marketing communications and programs to attract and welcome new members more effectively and to enhance member loyalty and curb attrition. Finally, from 2016 to present, they are the Senior Digital Marketing & Client Success Manager at Fourandhalf, Inc., a global, B2B, start-up focused on increasing qualified leads for clients by managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns as well as developing conversion-oriented websites. In this role, they strategize and manages marketing campaigns for 100+ clients to maximize their lead generation, customer acquisition, and return on investment (ROI), as well as advises clients about SEO/SEM strategies based on performance metrics (KPIs) and data analysis in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Unbounce, and Reputation.

Karen B. obtained their BA from Brandeis University in 1988, majoring in American Studies.
