Madeline Shier

Madeline Shier has had a varied career experience. Madeline began working at Ohio Wesleyan University in 2011 as an Alumni Relations Intern and Alumni Weekend Student Team Leader. In 2014, they began working at Powell's Books as a New Book Buyer and Book Seller. In 2020, they joined Fourandhalf, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Assistant. While at Powell's Books, Madeline was laid off due to COVID-19 closures in March 2020, but was recalled in January 2021. During their layoff from Powell's Books, Madeline worked with Fourandhalf, Inc. as a temporary team lead and more regular contract employee.

Madeline Shier attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre & English Literature. Madeline also attended the British American Drama Academy in 2012, where they studied Theatre/Theater.
