Alice Garcia, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Career Readiness Instructor for Transitioning Military at FourBlock and as the Owner of Real Property Management First Class. Additionally, Alice holds the position of Strategic Advisor at Locoal. Previously, Alice worked as a Sr HR Strategist at Wells Fargo and spent over a decade at USAA in various strategic roles, including Business Strategy & Planning Director and HR Employee Experience Director. Notable achievements include managing the growth of a team from 4 to over 50 employees and leading enterprise-wide employee empowerment initiatives impacting over 36,000 employees. Alice also served as Chairwoman of the Board for Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. and held multiple leadership roles in the US Army. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from St. Mary's University.
