Nathalie Lesmes Rodriguez

Nathalie Lesmes Rodriguez has a diverse range of work experience in various teaching and language instruction roles. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Assistant English Teacher at JARDIN INFANTIL PALOMITA, where they supported language development in young children. In 2017, at Instituto Alvaro Mutis, they served as an Office Assistant and Substitute Teacher, performing administrative tasks and leading activities with students. Nathalie then worked as a Topographic Engineer at IGAC Cartography and Geography Institute in Colombia from 2018 to 2018.

In 2019, they volunteered at Euroweek Poland, facilitating cultural understanding through interactive activities and engaging with students from different backgrounds. Later in 2020, they volunteered at Angloville Poland, participated in cross-cultural exchanges, and led language activities with Polish students.

Nathalie's teaching experience continued in 2020 at CREO Pre School, where they taught English to kindergarten students and Spanish to children of various age groups. Nathalie also worked as a Spanish Native Speaker Teacher at el sueno - szkola jezyka hiszpanskiego, delivering Spanish classes to adult learners.

In 2021, Nathalie joined KIDS&Co. as an English and Spanish Teacher, providing language instruction and childcare services. Nathalie'smost recent role, starting in 2023, is as an Operations Associate at FourKites, Inc. Here, they onboard carriers, handles technical and operational problems, collaborates with other departments, and provides updates to customers.

Throughout their career, Nathalie has demonstrated strong communication skills, adaptability to different age groups and proficiency levels, and a commitment to fostering language acquisition and cultural understanding.

Nathalie Lesmes Rodriguez attended Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Topographic Engineering. During this time, they also studied at Distrital University Language Institute (ILUD) from 2016 to 2018, completing a program in English Language and achieving a Level C1 proficiency. In 2021, Nathalie enrolled in the Pedagogical Qualification Course for Teachers at Centrum Doskonalenia Zawodowego, focusing on Education.
