Rahul Dhawan

Rahul Dhawan has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Networking INTERN at Indian Railways in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Machine learning INTERN at WIMWIsure, where they gained experience in data pre-processing, data cleaning, feature engineering, and data mapping using Python and R programming. During this time, they also developed a Tableau Dashboard to measure the effectiveness of activities within the sales funnel.

Since 2019, Rahul has been working at FourKites, Inc. In their first role as a Data Scientist - 1, they created a predictive model for predicting the type of truck used in shipping and presented strategies to improve the company's visibility. In their subsequent role as a Data Scientist - 2, they implemented regression models and decision tree algorithms to analyze and predict the ETA of load, improved performance by creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards, and developed and deployed applications using GitHub, Jenkins, and ECS.

Rahul Dhawan completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Analytics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in the year 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad. Their secondary education includes completing their 12th grade at S.D.M.N.Vidya.Mandir School in Nilokheri District Karnal, Haryana, India. Additionally, they completed their 10th grade at the same school.
