With over 40 years of combined advisory services, Lian specializes in transforming customer experiences and developing strategic channel strategies across various sectors, leveraging human insights and technology. They are also the owner and principal consultant at Tayma Solutions Ltd, where they provide consulting services on customer experience transformation and digital strategies. Lian is pursuing a BA Hons in Politics at Newcastle University.
