Henry Lam Van Dung currently serves as the Managing Director at Mobalpa since June 2016 and has held the position of Deputy General Manager at Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd since September 2009. Henry earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Université libre de Bruxelles between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, Henry attained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from HCMC Polytechnic University from 1992 to 1997.
