Rachel Staley

Rachel Staley is a Transportation Planner at Foursquare ITP since July 2022, previously holding the position of Junior Transportation Planner. Prior experience includes serving as a Mobility Innovation Intern at the Federal Transit Administration from September 2021 to May 2022 and a Public Policy Analyst (Capstone Student) at the NC Alliance for Health from January 2022 to April 2022, where engagement in policy research, evaluation of transportation policies, and assessment of funding mechanisms for bike-ped projects took place. Rachel Staley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Environmental Studies, with a minor in City Planning, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained a High School Diploma from Riverwood International Charter School in 2018.
