Laura Benson

Laura Benson currently serves as the Director of Learning Programs at Fourteen Foods since November 2025. Prior to this role, Laura accumulated over a decade of experience at Panera Bread, holding various positions including Sr. Manager of Learning Design, Sr. Manager of Learning & Change, and Manager of L&D Projects. Laura's career began at Iron Mountain, where roles included Human Resources Administrator and Customer Service Associate. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Technology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University.
