Uykia Phillips

Uykia Phillips has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Uykia is currently the VP of Deposit Operations at Fourth Capital since April 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at CapStar Bank, including VP of Deposit Operations from October 2019 to April 2021, Team Lead in the Payment Systems Group from January 2017 to October 2019, Payment Systems Specialist from January 2012 to January 2017, and Client Services from October 2008 to December 2011. Before joining CapStar Bank, Uykia worked at SunTrust Bank as a Private Wealth associate from 2004 to 2008. Uykia began their career at Deutsche Bank as an Associate in Benefit Payments from 1996 to 2004.

Uykia Phillips attended Western Kentucky University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work & Sociology.
