Tsvetan Minkov

Tsvetan Minkov is an experienced Agile Delivery Manager at Fourth since March 2019, collaborating with Cloud Operations Teams including Global Operations Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering. Previously, Tsvetan held various leadership roles at Xerox from October 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities included transitioning operations and managing a multilingual team in Credit Control and Collections. Tsvetan also served as Operations Supervisor at TELUS, overseeing a team supporting multiple European markets. Additional experience includes managing an international team for Sitel on Nokia/Microsoft projects and providing enterprise support as a B2B Nokia Expert Center Representative. Tsvetan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of National and World Economics in Sofia and attended a Foreign Language school specializing in German and English.
