Ronald Shindler

Ronald Shindler is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities litigation, regulation and compliance, commodities, employment law, and corporate transactional law. As a partner at Fowler White Burnett P.A. since December 1987, Ronald specializes in alternative dispute resolution, international arbitration, and commercial litigation. Prior to this role, Ronald served as Assistant General Counsel at Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1979 to 1987. Ronald holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Education also includes completion at Stuyvesant High School in New York City.
