Joshua Lahav is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with a comprehensive background in managing and directing operations across various medical facilities. Currently serving as AVP of Cancer Center Operations at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Joshua previously held key roles at Penn Medicine, including Director of Operations and Program Development and Director of Clinical Operations for Radiation Oncology. Joshua's experience spans business operations management at Fox Chase Cancer Center, where leadership was provided for multiple clinical departments, and site operations management at Premier Urgent Care, overseeing 19 facilities. Joshua's career commenced at CFG Health Systems as a Senior Counselor, contributing to employee development and strategic planning. Joshua holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
