Katie Gerber has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Katie started their career at RCH Cable in 2011 as a Time and Attendance Specialist/HR, where they worked until 2012. In 2009, they joined Cafe Madison and held various roles such as Server, Hostess, Phone Operator, and Assistant until 2014.
In 2014, Katie joined FOX Rehabilitation as a Receptionist but quickly took on HR responsibilities as an HR Coordinator, which they held until 2021. Katie then transitioned to a Recruitment Coordinator role and eventually became a Recruiter. As a Clinical Career Specialist, they partnered with senior regional directors and the VP of Operations to expedite recruitment efforts for healthcare professionals in South Carolina. Their responsibilities included sourcing, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
In 2021, Katie became a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and was eventually promoted to the role of Manager of Recruitment in December 2022 at FOX Rehabilitation.
Katie Gerber, CSMR, CMVR, completed their education at two different community colleges. From 2008 to 2009, they attended Atlantic Cape Community College and pursued Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they enrolled in Burlington County College and obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Additionally, they hold certifications as an AIRS Certified Social Media Recruiter (CSMR 3.0) and as a Certified Military Veteran Recruiter, both earned from AIRS, an ADP Company.

What started as a simple practice offering house calls for older adults treated under Medicare Part B has exploded into a multi-state, regional resource of autonomous clinicians going to patients and providing therapy that’s proactive, evidence-based, and focused solely on geriatrics. FOX is a primarily clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. The practice has always stayed true to its mission of rehabilitating lives by believing in the strength of people. Clinicians are given the autonomy to provide clinically excellent care through evidence-based interventions and best practice guidelines. We believe employees at all levels are equally important to the success of FOX.
