Sarah Joy

Sarah Joy, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Sarah started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Ripple Effect Communications, Inc. in May 2016 and worked there until August 2016. Sarah then moved on to York College of Pennsylvania, where they worked as a Human Resources Student Employee from August 2016 to May 2017. In May 2017, Sarah joined EMM Loans LLC as a Human Resources Coordinator. During their time there, they managed the New Hire Onboarding process, interpreted company policies and procedures, and assisted the VP of Human Resources with employee recruiting, benefits, tax filings, and payroll. In January 2019, Sarah took on their current role as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at FOX Rehabilitation. In this position, they collaborate with senior leadership to address complex challenges across the company, provides coaching to all levels of leadership on employee concerns and conflict resolution, and oversees a team of HR employees. Sarah also serves as a subject matter expert on company policies and procedures.

Sarah Joy, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management from York College of Pennsylvania. Sarah attended the college from 2013 to 2017. In December 2018, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM institution.
