Elizabeth Sigety

Elizabeth Sigety is a seasoned legal professional and investor, serving as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Delaware Crossing Investor Group since March 2005, focusing on early-stage investments across multiple states. At Fox Rothschild LLP, Elizabeth holds the position of Partner and Chair of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group, while also engaging in general counsel for various businesses and leading the Franchising, Licensing & Distribution Group. Elizabeth has contributed to the International Franchise Association Women's Franchise Committee and founded the Philadelphia Women's Franchise Network. Prior legal experience includes roles at Antheil, Maslow & MacMinn and Debevoise & Plimpton. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School.
