Glenda E. Martinez

Glenda provides risk management advice to the firm's national network of offices.

She has significant experience drafting and negotiating legal agreements and commercial contracts, including sales agreements, independent contractor agreements, labor and employment agreements and software licensing agreements.

As a former Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Univision Communications Inc., Glenda headed-up the Los Angeles office of the company's legal department. She counseled and advised human resources professionals on employee discipline, hiring, terminations, accommodations and other employee issues, provided company-wide training on employment law, media law and compliance and supervised the firm's immigration and intellectual property law practices.

Glenda also founded her own entertainment law practice, in which she drafted and negotiated programming licensing agreements and other commercial contracts.
