Gray Mateo-Harris is an accomplished Equity Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, with extensive experience in employment and traditional labor law, litigation, and counseling since August 2020. Prior to this role, Gray served as a Partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, focusing on employer representation and legal compliance across diverse industries, and as a Senior Associate at Ogletree Deakins, specializing in various employment law matters. Gray’s earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, providing high-stakes labor and employment counsel, as well as involvement in key legal research and advocacy roles at the D.C. Employment Justice Center and USDA offices. Gray holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.S. with a triple major from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
