Shelly A. Frigo

Shelly assists the firm's general counsel in providing risk management advice to Fox Rothschild's nationwide network of offices. In her role as associate general counsel, she applies the rules of professional conduct and other relevant law to identify and resolve conflicts of interest.

She first joined Fox Rothschild as conflicts counsel, providing analysis of conflict of interest issues and working with attorneys to help identify a means for resolution. Shelly also assisted in the maintenance of the firm’s ethical walls, clearing incoming laterals and handling other conflicts-related projects as they arose.
