Lawrence Box has over 35 years of experience in the travel and customer service industry. Lawrence started their career in 1987 at Continental Airlines as a Domestic and International reservation sales agent, where they received awards for outstanding customer service and was involved in training new hires. Lawrence later worked as a Flight Attendant at Southwest Airlines for 8 years, providing exceptional customer service and receiving various awards. Lawrence then joined Atlas Air as an International Flight Attendant, responsible for safety and customer service duties on charter flights. Lawrence transitioned to a Leasing Specialist role at Southhampton Management, where they excelled in customer service and leasing for a luxury apartment community. Lawrence also worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, specializing in real estate sales. Lawrence then moved to AffordableTours.com as a Tour and River Cruise Specialist, focusing on customer service and reservation management. Lawrence further expanded their expertise at Delta Air Lines, where they worked as an Executive Writing Team/Customer Care Supervisor for 4 years. Most recently, they joined United Airlines as an Airline Customer Service - Airport Operations specialist. Lawrence Box completed their high school education at Aldine High School from 1983 to 1987. During their time there, they focused on business administration and also studied the German language. After graduating from high school, Lawrence then enrolled at SystemOne Travel Academy in 1987. Lawrence pursued a degree in Travel and Tourism and specialized in airline/travel agency computer systems and customer service.
